1. Bought chick supplies a full three weeks before they're due to arrive! My inner procrastinator is dying a thousand deaths.
2. Bought a plane ticket to go home!! AND a plane ticket for my sister to come here! It takes me forever to commit to buying a plane ticket (non-refundable huge expenses are scary), but June is going to be a glorious month.
3. Am doing my first ever giveaway on this blog. Be sure to enter.
Check out others' successes and share your own this week at Faith & Family Live.

Thanks so much for your comments on my blog! I think we have crops a) because of what we planted where we live when we planted, b) my husband has been growing gardens most of his 47 years and has a few things down pat. c) my father in law is a botanist who specializes in agricultural studies and helps us figure out quick ways to grow things naturally. Don't feel bad about the unsent mothers day card. We are almost NEVER that on top of things!Blessings on your day...and glad to find your blog, I'm gonna link to it!
#1 is great...so unlike us, scrambling to get the molasses and calcium paste and whatnot after the calf is already born.
#2--I'm guessing you won't be traveling to our neck of the woods, and I'm sorry for it, but I am glad for all the family time you will have in June.
How wonderful to be going home! It does sound like June will be a great month for you. God Bless!
P.S. Thanks for hosting a giveaway! I just entered.
Seeing your family sounds wonderful! I will get to see some of my family this summer when we move out to Alberta, and I can't wait. :D I replied to your comment on my blog (www.tanyalavine.com) about the classes I am taking next year. I absolutely love hearing about your farm. I will miss that when we move to the big city. hehe
