Celebrate the Small Stuff

FaithButton

1. Cleaned the kitchen, when I had a cold. (Golf clap, please).

2. Explained fractions, in a non-scary way, to a 4th grader.

3. Maintained composure, prayed to the Blessed Mother and put on a sweet smile when, after slaving for hours on cleaning the house and making a delightful meal, was told by an honestly dear and blissfully unaware husband, "I can't be home 'til 10:30 tonight, and I had dinner."

Check out others' successes this week at Faith and Family Live.

  2. Doing anything when you have a cold is something to cheer about. And keeping calm for your husband is true love. Fantastic successes!

Thanks for sharing and may God bless the rest of your week.

  3. Great job staying calm about dinner! Sometimes it's easier to get upset, even when the other person isn't really to blame.

BTW, I love your profile photo. I made sure we had a "wedding ring" picture taken at our wedding, too. I still enjoy noticing my husband's ring.
